Positive: Clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice decor, fantastic shower, great views. Little Easter eggs were a nice touch 😊

Negative: Perhaps a little more screening or privacy between the air BnB and the main residence. The hosts were fantastic however if they wanted to , they could see us on the deck.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the interior was modern and well-designed, and the property offered a great sense of privacy. We especially appreciated the facilities including BBQ and airfryer. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment - this place was truly a gem during our travels in Australia!

Positive: We loved the property! The location was close enough to Airlie Beach but felt like a world away - ocean views, farm views, mountains. Very relaxing and calm. The Bungalow was so beautifully presented that we couldn’t stop smiling. Every requirement was taken care of, with thoughtful touches that made us feel very special. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the outside deck area and bbq clean and inviting, the shower was wonderful and the kitchenette was fully fitted out with all requirements. Absolutely everything about the property shows a lot of planning and thought and a genuine care for providing high quality accommodation.

Negative: Not a problem at all, but we brought our own coffee machine with us (as we always do.) We also didn’t find the drawer with the placemats until the day we left. 😂

Summary: Bungalow 22 is the most perfect place for a rejuvenating break.
